Half of all women in Canada who are over 16 years of age have suffered at least one domestically violent circumstance.  That's 1 out of every 2!  The effect on her life and everyone in her life, including children, family and friends can easily be forever traumatized by it.

HFG (Happy Families Support Network Inc.) has partnered with Let It Go Inc. to support the women in Toronto in understanding how to let go after domestic violence.  

What you will learn:

  • How to SUPPORT children after domestic violence
  • 5 Tools to spring forward and start to THRIVE
